Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Ensure location is stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation with direct reports.
• Oversee operational duties for quick service, safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Support daily prep and item list creation, delegating tasks.
• Assist in covering operations to maintain smooth service.
• Assign duties and coach employees on projects and daily tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Maintain product standards and sanitation per guidelines.
• Plan staffing and prep for the next day with the team.
• Communicate merchandising and production plans to staff.
• Monitor zone production of all products and manage carts items.
