Qualifications

• Two years operations management experience, with sales impact.
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certified.
• All education backgrounds eligible; must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service steps to ensure memorable experiences.
• Support implementation of operational systems, processes and policies.
• Assist season planning for food concepts, equipment needs and operational excellence.
• Support department forecasts, information flow and budgeting.
• Oversee staff training and onboarding per onsite handbook.
• Ensure safety trainings are completed on hire and maintained.
