• Manage staff performance by supporting hiring workflows, scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
• Assist with inventory support and help maintain accurate stock levels.
• Support cash handling procedures and related operational controls.
• Step in during peak periods to maintain smooth, efficient service.
