Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage.
• Experience as a supervisor
• An amazing work ethic
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs; reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations for smooth workflow.
• Train new team members and provide coaching.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Maintain high quality standards for prepared products.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with management on new initiatives.
• Address guest feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines in the environment.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work culture.
• Work 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
