lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to coach the floor team, deliver technical product education, and ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Supervisor on Duty, drive daily sales, and contribute to hiring and performance discussions.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, leadership experience, and a high school diploma. Expect a schedule that covers mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with strong team

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework on the sales floor.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when leading the floor.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Deliver input on performance evaluations and coaching.
