Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure product education is communicated effectively.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty and support daily sales goals and store performance.
• Assist with hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback, recognition, and coaching to team on performance and development.
• Maintain inclusive and respectful team environment and drive collaboration.
