Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive the in-store guest journey, provide technical product education, and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You will collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and nurture an inclusive, high-energy environment.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, and development, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and a connected brand experience consistent with lululemon values.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures and ensure operational excellence during shift.
• Review daily data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development.
• Cultivate a respectful, inclusive team environment and foster collaboration.
