Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment at a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant. You will greet guests, create connections, and uphold the restaurant's values while working with a supportive Operator and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Consistency and reliability are essential for daily duties.
• Cheerful, positive attitude with a willingness to serve others.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well in a team but can also operate independently.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts; ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Commitment to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Experience in hospitality or fast-food service is a plus.
