Job summary

Global Partners LP in Rhode Island is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will coach employees, greet guests, and ensure cash handling and POS accuracy, safety compliance, and timely replenishment of products. This role requires flexibility across shifts, including weekends and holidays, with reliable transportation and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure management-directed tasks are performed.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and maintain cash deposits and levels.
• Ensure all housekeeping and stock replenishment tasks are completed.
• Oversee 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
