Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor in Overland Park, KS to oversee daily dining services, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and supervise staff under the guidance of the General Manager or Chef. You will coordinate events, manage service quality, assist with budgeting, and uphold safety standards while delivering a warm, professional guest experience.

This role requires scheduling a 2+ week rota, weekend availability, and collaboration with culinary and operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in similar position
• Specialized training in catering

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards and/or arrange for equipment purchases or repairs.
• Build and maintain a working 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• May purchase food and/or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation ensuring quality control practices are in place for receiving all products.
• May assist with event planning and coordination with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of catering events, including seating arrangements, decorations, and food displays.
