NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Guest Experience Supervisor in Goshen, IN. The role oversees the guest experience, ensures top service delivery, and coordinates support staff for daily dining and catering events.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in a similar role, with catering training preferred. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring safety and food quality during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar position.
• Specialized training in catering.
• Culinary school certificate or degree (preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite required (preferred).
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• Choke Safety Certification (preferred).
• Allergen Awareness Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to standards and arrange repairs or purchases.
• Build and maintain a 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• Assist with event planning, menu writing and cost control with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Supervise staff in execution of events and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
