Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor in North Manchester, IN. This full-time role oversees daily dining services, ensures client satisfaction, and leads a team to deliver exemplary guest experiences.

The position requires strong leadership, schedule management, and food-service knowledge, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality program. Weekly pay and competitive benefits accompany a hands-on, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Specialized catering training preferred.
• Culinary school certificate or degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to standards and arrange purchases/ repairs.
• Build and maintain a 2+ week schedule with at least 3 weeks posted.
• May purchase food and supplies to ensure efficient operation and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist with determining staff requirements and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Ensure safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Assist with event menu writing and cost control with Chef Manager or Chef.
• Assist in production of food and coordination of events per client standards.
• Set-up and breakdown catering events; supervise staff during events.
