Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Server/Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional dining service to residents, guests and colleagues. You will help with setting up service areas, explain menu items, and ensure satisfaction across all dining experiences.

The role includes weekend shifts and a range of daytime/evening hours; prior food service and customer service experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages and assist with special diets as required.
• Engage with residents to obtain orders and explain menu items.
