Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for The Grove at Shrewsbury. You will guide on-floor customer interactions, deliver technical product education, and drive store performance through guest experience and team achievements.

As part of the leadership team, you will participate in hiring, coaching, and daily operations to ensure exceptional, inclusive service. The role requires 1 year in retail or customer experience, leadership or mentoring experience, and flexibility to work varied

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some leadership/mentoring experience
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher
• Food safety and/or liquor service certification may be required for Experiential stores

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and support team when needed.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
• Coach and recognize team performance in real time.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and productive work environment.
