Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)

• Experience in a store leadership or supervisory context is helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to articulate value of products to guests.
• Drive store performance on the floor by meeting daily sales or unit targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members and recognize contributions.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure operational readiness.
• Review daily metrics to motivate the team and track progress toward goals.
• Support a respectful and inclusive team environment and foster collaboration.
