Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
• Assist in store hiring decisions, onboarding and training
• Track daily sales metrics and motivate team to reach targets
