Job summary

You will oversee floor operations, participate in hiring, coach teammates, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while delivering the brand's product story.

You will contribute to a respectful and productive team culture, provide ongoing feedback, and lead by example as a Supervisor on Duty.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some leadership, mentoring, or delegating experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to travel to the assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to drive store performance.
• Provide technical product education and defend the brand value to guests.
• Open/close the store following procedures and maintain in-store readiness.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development.
