Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year retail or customer experience (guest resolution, difficult conversations).
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business and guest needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Oversee smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures and daily performance reviews.
