Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a high-quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and tailoring service to each guest. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor and guiding daily sales goals through the team.

You will open/close the store, supervise on duty shifts, and contribute to hiring, coaching, and development to sustain an inclusive, high-energy shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent
• Experience: 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework
• Provide technical product education and assist guests as needed
• Open and close the store per procedures and lead the floor as Supervisor on Duty
• Review daily data to drive sales goals and motivate the team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
• Give direct feedback and coach team members for growth
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment
