lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead at Westfield Valley Fair on a contract through January 2027. The role drives store performance through guest-centric service, product education, and team achievement on daily sales targets.

You will contribute to hiring decisions, provide coaching, and lead by example as part of the store leadership team in a fast-paced environment with a focus on inclusivity and guest connections.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsabilités

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to guide the team and operations
• Review daily business data to track sales goals and motivate the team
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment recognition to peers
