You will participate in hiring, coach and recognize team members, open and close shifts, and ensure an inclusive, high-energy shopping experience for every guest. Prior retail leadership and one year of customer-facing work are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some leadership/mentoring experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the floor to deliver exceptional, inclusive service.
• Provide technical product education to guests and teammates as needed.
• Open and close store following procedures; monitor daily sales goals and drive results.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of team members.
• Offer direct feedback, coaching and recognition to support learning and development.
