Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Senior Representative - Guest Services to support loyalty program functions and property-wide initiatives in a busy casino setting. You will ensure accurate transactions, guide guests, and coordinate cross-department tasks to maintain service continuity on the gaming floor.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service and 1 year of cash handling, with a focus on compliance and excellent guest interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service environment required.
• Minimum one (1) year of cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes loyalty club card membership signups, usage, and reprints across the casino floor.
• Supports loyalty transactions, account status inquiries, benefits, and app support.
• Engages guests during high-volume promotions and events; balances end-of-day activities.
• Assists with lost and found, tax records, event support, and cross-department tasks.
• Performs routine floor support tasks and completes Title 31 documentation as required.
