Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You’ll greet patrons in person and over the phone, manage waitlists, and coordinate lane availability with staff.

The role requires strong customer service, basic bowling instruction, and cash handling proficiency. Part-time evening and night shifts available in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills required.
• Must meet minimum age for alcohol service per state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage waitlist and seat guests as lanes become available.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Assist with league preparation and cash handling at the counter.
• Ring up sales and follow cash control procedures.
• Report pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions to mechanics and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
