Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, greet guests, and ensure smooth store operations. The role includes coaching, POS handling, and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards to deliver a great shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are available for flexible hours, at least 18 years old, with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures. Training and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties per management's direction.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash processes.
• Maintain store housekeeping, safety, and security procedures.
