Job summary

Radisson-Hotel-Group seeks a Ticket Office Manager to lead ticketing operations across K-Wings, Wings Event Center, and Ice Events in Kalamazoo. You will supervise ticketing staff, ensure financial accuracy, and drive guest service excellence while supporting the transition to the new Kalamazoo Event Center.

You will collaborate with the Ticketing and Guest Experience Manager on strategy, staffing plans, and system implementations, including training and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Proven management or supervisory experience in ticketing or box office operations.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading staff, scheduling, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Ticket Office operations across all venues and events.
• Serve as the on-site leader for ticketing operations.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure service coverage during high-volume periods.
• Oversee event setup in Etix or similar ticketing system and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Handle ticketing inquiries, issues, and guest service standards.
• Support planning for the new Kalamazoo Event Center and future systems.
