Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor in Kalamazoo, MI. You will oversee daily dining, ensure top-notch guest service, and support staff under the General Manager or Chef. You will help plan events, monitor food presentation, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, and assisting with menu creation and cost control. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and team leadership is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Specialized training in catering and/or culinary education.
• ServSafe, Choke Safety and Allergen Awareness certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily dining services to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Instruct, train and supervise cooks, servers, and utility workers in food preparation and service.
• Assist with event planning, menu writing and coordination with Chef Manager.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, uniform guidelines and productivity standards.
• Meet with prospective clients to review event requirements and execution.
