Job summary

Museum of Illusions in Minneapolis invites energetic team members to join as Illusion Expert, guiding guests through exhibits and ensuring memorable visits. You will greet guests at the reception, sell tickets, assist with merchandise, and help manage shop flow with passion for guest engagement.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and experience in customer-facing roles. You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service and maintain brand

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in arts, entertainment, attractions, or hospitality a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for guest engagement and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Present a positive and professional demeanor as an ambassador for the Museum.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with superior customer service throughout the venue.
• Know exhibits to instruct guests and guide their experience.
• Assist guests with photography and capturing memories.
• Participate in special events and tours as needed.
• Sell tickets and merchandise at the reception and retail shop.
