Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative, housekeeping, or coordination role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming Housekeeping calls, ensuring requests are directed promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate daily Housekeeping operations to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Lead and support special projects aimed at enhancing housekeeping services and product quality.
• Prepare room assignment boards and review staffing levels for upcoming shifts.
• Maintain accurate and organized departmental records, files, and office operations.
• Monitor and follow up on guest traces, special requests, and service recovery opportunities.
• Review guest profiles and ensure Housekeeping-related preferences and requests are fulfilled.
