Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily housekeeping operations and guest requests. This role emphasizes clear communication, efficient coordination, and teamwork across hotel departments to maintain top-tier cleanliness and service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and proficient MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative, housekeeping, or coordination role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming Housekeeping calls, directing requests promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate daily Housekeeping operations to maximize departmental efficiency.
• Lead and support special projects aimed at enhancing housekeeping services and product quality.
• Prepare room assignment boards and review staffing levels for upcoming shifts.
• Maintain accurate and organized departmental records, files, and office operations.
• Monitor and follow up on guest traces, special requests, and service recovery opportunities.
• Review guest profiles and ensure Housekeeping-related preferences and requests are fulfilled.
• Respond to guest needs in a timely manner and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Communicate room status updates and engineering issues, following established procedures for resolution.
• Assist with room inspection, cleaning, and preparation as needed to support operational requirements.
• Foster positive working relationships with Room Attendants, House Attendants, Laundry Attendants, and other hotel departments.

We are seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator , an exciting opportunity to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville.

The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department by ensuring effective communication, organization, and coordination of guest requests and departmental activities. This position helps maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, service excellence, and guest satisfaction while supporting a seamless operation across the hotel.

What You Will Do:

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
