Soho House in Nashville is seeking a Housekeeping Manager with a keen eye for detail and guest service. You will lead housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms, train, delegate tasks, and ensure top-quality service across all spaces while coordinating with other departments.

This role requires budget management, vendor liaison, and adherence to safety standards, including OSHA guidelines. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in housekeeping leadership and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Leads housekeeping staff with strong team leadership and coaching.
• Manages guest room inspections, training, and task delegation.
• Ensures quality service across all public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Responsible for budgeting, vendor relations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of housekeeping to clean offices, concourses, lounges, washrooms, restaurants and public spaces.
• Recruit, onboard, train, payroll, appraisals and development planning for staff.
• Manage supplies, inventory and purchasing; maintain budget and expense reporting.
• Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing for events; monitor equipment maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate guest and staff laundry services and ensure accurate postings.
