Job summary

Naples Hotel Group seeks a Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms and assigned areas are cleaned to brand and company standards. This role focuses on making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues to enhance guest comfort.

You will greet guests warmly, handle requests promptly, maintain a stocked cart, follow safety policies, and participate in required training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with Naples Hotel Group and brand standards.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and all furnishings are clean and in good condition.
• Maintain a fully stocked housekeeping cart with the appropriate products and supplies needed for daily assignments.
• Report the status of cleaned rooms promptly and accurately to the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or supply shortages immediately.
• Greet all guests encountered during the shift with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
• Follow hotel procedures for reporting and turning in lost and found items.
• Ensure key security and confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
