Job summary

Naples Hotel Group seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and uphold our clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will oversee rooms, public areas, laundry, inventory, and staff while ensuring brand standards and efficient scheduling.

As a hands-on leader, you will train, motivate, and coach associates, manage inspections and budgets, and coordinate with front desk to meet guest needs. Flexibility with weekends/holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in housekeeping.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, including guestroom cleaning and laundry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership of diverse teams.
• Proficient with smartphones, computers, and property software for scheduling and reporting.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property walks to inspect rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms for quality standards and readiness.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly inspection programs.
• Prepare and reconcile Daily Suite Report.
• Assign rooms and tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with front desk for requests and updates.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff.
• Prepare team schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Ensure professional appearance and uniforms.
• Maintain inventory of linen and amenities.
• Monitor supply usage and department budget targets.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and guest service requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve service issues.
• Maintain clear communication with team and hotel leadership.
