Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards. You will perform cleaning tasks, restock amenities, and ensure safety and confidentiality while providing friendly guest service.

The role requires reliability, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a flexible schedule that covers weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.
• Dust, vacuum, disinfect surfaces, make beds and restock amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned and furnishings are in good condition.
• Maintain a fully stocked housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
• Report the status of cleaned rooms to the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Greet guests and handle requests courteously; escalate when needed.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain key security and confidentiality of guest and company information.
