Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeper responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming environment. You will clean rooms, restock amenities, and report issues to supervisors, all while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

The role emphasizes guest comfort and adherence to company values. You will work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional hospitality

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/janitorial experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms per brand and company standards.
• Dust, vacuum, disinfect surfaces, make beds, restock amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and furnishings are clean.
• Maintain stocked housekeeping cart with products and supplies.
• Report status of cleaned rooms to Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Report maintenance issues, room damage, or supply shortages immediately.
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest requests promptly and escalate if needed.
• Follow procedures for reporting and turning in lost and found items.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and company information.
