Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping Team in delivering a clean and comfortable stay for each guest, stepping in when the Executive Housekeeper is absent. The role focuses on guest experience in line with our hospitality values.

You will oversee rooms, public areas, laundry, and storage, train staff, perform daily property walks, manage schedules, and collaborate with front desk to fulfill service requests while upholding brand standards and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience
• Supervisory or lead role experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, word processing, and PM systems)
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Ability to train others in cleaning standards and safety
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property walks to inspect the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Break out daily room assignments and distribute task lists to housekeeping team members.
• Respond to front desk requests (early check-ins, late check-outs, extra towels) and assign tasks.
• Inspect cleaned rooms for quality assurance and adherence to brand standards.
• Accurately report the status of guest rooms to the front desk team.
• Train and onboard new housekeeping associates in cleanliness standards and safety practices.
• Supervise staff to ensure carts are stocked, tasks completed, and standards upheld.
