Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms and designated areas are cleaned to brand standards. You will make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, restock amenities, and report issues to the Executive Housekeeper, supporting a welcoming guest environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, greeting guests, handling requests, following safety procedures, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms per brand standards.
• Dust, vacuum, disinfect surfaces, make beds, restock amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and furnishings are clean.
• Maintain stocked housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
• Report status of cleaned rooms to Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
