Naples Hotel Group seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms in line with brand standards. You will dust, vacuum, make beds, sanitize bathrooms, and restock amenities while ensuring security and guest comfort.

You will report maintenance issues, greet guests, and support a safe, efficient housekeeping operation. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies, with full-time employment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with Naples Hotel Group and brand standards.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and furnishings are clean and in good condition.
• Maintain a fully stocked housekeeping cart with the appropriate products and supplies needed for daily assignments.
• Report the status of cleaned rooms promptly and accurately to the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Report any maintenance issues, room damage, or supply shortages immediately.
• Greet all guests encountered during the shift with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
• Follow hotel procedures for reporting and turning in lost and found items.
• Ensure key security and confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
• Comply with all safety policies, including emergency procedures and equipment handling.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions immediately.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet evolving business demands.
