Naples Hotel Group in Miami, FL seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and common areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sanitized, and amenities replenished to create a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently or as a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and furnishings are clean and in good condition.
• Maintain a fully stocked housekeeping cart with products and supplies.
• Report status of cleaned rooms to Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Report maintenance issues, room damage, or supply shortages promptly.
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Follow procedures for reporting and turning in lost and found items.
• Ensure key security and confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Comply with all safety policies and emergency procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance per company standards.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to meet evolving business demands.
