New Waterloo is seeking a Hotel Operations Leader in Cincinnati to oversee daily hotel functions and guest experiences. You will manage budgets, drive profitability, and develop loyalty programs while coordinating with leadership to meet KPIs and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in room operations, food & beverage, or related.
• 2+ years of leadership in fast-paced operations.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proven track record driving profitability through strategic planning.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on guest experience.
• Manage departmental budget and P&L and communicate goals to the team.
• Organize pre-stay communications and planning for a seamless guest experience.
• Develop guest loyalty through retention initiatives.
• Support development of long-term retail strategies at the property level.
• Oversee concierge initiatives and community relationships.
• Provide training and development for managers and staff.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to set goals and KPIs.
• Monitor performance and communicate with teams.
• Serve as liaison to VIP guests and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication across marketing and sales teams.
