Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Cincinnati is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, ensure safety, and build a winning team. You will oversee staff development, manage performance, and uphold service standards while reporting to the Area Director.

This role requires a hands-on leader with 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings, and a track record of coaching teams, controlling costs, and delivering a 5-star guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; education/experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment; car wash experience not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills; proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a positive workplace culture with coaching and leadership growth.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and high-quality guest experience from drive-up to drive-out.
• Create schedules, supervise maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and resolve issues with facilities/IT as needed.
• Drive revenue growth through team development, memberships, and effective customer interactions.
• Perform payroll tasks and manage hiring, training, and performance management.
