Job summary

Sardi's Peruvian Chicken is hiring a Lobby Ambassador to greet and welcome guests in the dining area, delivering warm, professional service and informing guests about our menu and team with enthusiasm.

You will be the main point of contact in the lobby, guiding guests, answering questions, and ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable dining experience for everyone. Weekly pay and benefits are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products.
• Guide guests through the lobby and assist with in-store and pickup orders.
• Host guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner and direct inquiries.
• Accurately respond to guest questions and requests.
• Handle and resolve difficult situations professionally.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of guests and team members; practice food safety procedures.
