Sardi's Peruvian Chicken in Frederick, MD is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador to greet guests, maintain a welcoming lobby, and share enthusiasm about our food and team.

You will guide guests through the store, answer questions, upsell products, handle difficult situations, and ensure cleanliness and food safety. This frontline role focuses on creating a memorable guest experience and building positive relationships with our customers and colleagues.

• Host guests and ensure a comfortable, enjoyable visit
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner
• Accurately answer guest questions
• Be able to handle + solve difficult situations
• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
• Practice food safety procedures
