Job summary

Sardi's Peruvian Chicken is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador to welcome guests and create a friendly dining atmosphere in our lobby. You will be the first point of contact, speak about our food and team with enthusiasm, and assist guests with orders and questions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling products, guiding guests through the store, answering phones, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to upsell products and handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products.
• Guide guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.).
• Host guests: make them feel comfortable and their visit enjoyable.
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
• Accurately answer guests' questions.
• Be able to handle and solve difficult situations.
• Say farewell: thank our guests and invite them to return.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests and team members.
• Practice food safety procedures.
