The Lenox in Boston seeks a Host with energy, curiosity, and a love of great food and conversation. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, answer inquiries, and help set the tone for a warm, memorable dining experience across Sweeney’s on Boylston, The Irving at The Lenox, and Willow & Ivy.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is required. Prior hospitality or food & beverage experience and Toast POS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication in English.
• Experience in a food & beverage setting is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Create a warm, memorable first impression for every guest.
• Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure timely service.
• Answer phone inquiries and reservations.
• Maintain high service standards with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Assist the service team by clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Keep host stations clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Anticipate and exceed guest expectations with confidence and care.
