Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage environments; 1–2 years preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; weekend availability required.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Manage reservations and guest flow for timely, seamless service.
• Answer phone inquiries and take reservations.
• Maintain high service standards and a polished demeanor.
• Assist the service team by clearing and resetting tables and keeping stations clean.
