You will manage reservations, handle inquiries, process payments, and keep the lobby clean while assisting with routine guest services and small tasks.

Qualifications

• Guest-forward, outgoing personality with ability to interact with guests.
• Previous experience in customer support or as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with Cloudbeds Reservation system a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, ensuring a smooth, pleasant experience.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using computerized systems.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean lobby and common areas.
• Assist with laundry and hot-tub chemical checks.
