Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Host/Server Assistant to warmly welcome guests, seat them in the dining and bar areas, and ensure a smooth handoff to service staff. You will coordinate seating with urgency and assist the servers by serving food and beverages while maintaining a clean, inviting dining environment.

You will be part of a team that emphasizes hospitality, food safety, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the largest Outback franchisee

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift.
• Excellent guest interactions and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and seats them in dining and bar areas.
• Coordinates wait and seating with a sense of urgency.
• Assists servers, serves food and beverages, and clears tables.
• Provides friendly conversations and upsells where appropriate.
• Supports dining room operations to WOW guests.
