Out West Restaurant Group is hiring a Host/Server Assistant to help greet guests, seat them, and support servers in a fast-paced Outback Steakhouse environment. The role emphasizes hospitality, upselling, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining area.

The position offers a path for growth through a Shift Leader program, with comprehensive benefits and a culture that values teamwork and attentive service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient seating and handoff to service staff.
• Assist servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.
• Lead the lobby experience and maintain Outback hospitality standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all restaurant areas as needed.
