Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group, the largest Outback Steakhouse franchisee in the United States, is seeking enthusiastic servers assistants. You will greet guests, seat them, and support servers while maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift.
• Fast-paced environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Make memorable first and last impressions with a smile.
• Greet guests and seat them, ensuring smooth handoff to service staff.
• Coordinate wait and seating with urgency and team collaboration.
• Maintain hospitality standards and assist all areas of the restaurant as needed.
• Provide knowledge of menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Lead the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
• Assist guests and support servers by serving, clearing, and resetting tables.
