Out West Restaurant Group Career Center is hiring a Host/Server Assistant to join the Outback Steakhouse family in a guest-focused role. You will greet guests, seat them, and coordinate with service staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and seat them in dining and bar areas with a welcoming and efficient handoff to service staff.
• Manage wait list and seating priorities with a sense of urgency and hospitality.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Provide knowledge of menu items and upsell where appropriate while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Assist team by bussing tables, delivering food and bar drinks, and supporting guests to create a memorable experience.
